  • Customers can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.

  • To cancel, please contact us via phone or email with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund on Cancelled Orders

  • If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • If the order is cancelled after dispatch, shipping charges or other applicable fees may be deducted.

3. Cancellation by Krishna Infotech

Krishna Infotech reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability or stock issues.

  • Errors in pricing or product information.

  • Payment issues or incomplete details.

  • Suspected fraudulent activity.

In such cases, the customer will be notified, and any payment made will be fully refunded.

4. Special Cases

  • Customized, made-to-order, or clearance products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated only after confirmation of cancellation.
