1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of product delivery.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper installation.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Items with missing original packaging or invoice.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and photo/video proof (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, our team will guide you through the pickup or shipping process.

Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of refund approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

4. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are provided only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The replacement process begins after the returned item is received and verified.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 working days:

  • First, check your bank or payment account again.

  • Then contact your bank or payment provider.

  • If you still have not received it, please contact us for assistance.
