1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong product or wrong model.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and labels.
  • A return request must be placed within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that are physically damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Items used or installed incorrectly.
  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Solar panels, batteries, and electronic components that show signs of installation or tampering.
  • Any item purchased on clearance sale or special discount (unless defective).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your Order ID, product name, and clear pictures/video showing the issue.
  3. Our support team will review your request and arrange:
    • Pickup of the product, OR
    • Ask you to ship the product back (costs will be informed as per case).

4. Inspection & Approval

  • After receiving the returned item, our technical team will inspect it within 2–3 working days.
  • If your return is approved, we will offer:
    βœ” Replacement of the same product
    βœ” Exchange with another product (price difference applies)
    βœ” Store credit / coupon code
    βœ” Refund (only when replacement is not available)

5. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during purchase.
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer / UPI.

6. Cancellation Before Delivery

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return request.


7. Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for minor variations in color, design, or outer packaging.
  • Ensure proper packaging when sending the product back to avoid transit damage.
  • Products damaged during return transit due to poor packaging will not be accepted.
