1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return under the following conditions:

- You received a wrong product or wrong model.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and labels.
- A return request must be placed within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that are physically damaged due to customer misuse.
- Items used or installed incorrectly.
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Solar panels, batteries, and electronic components that show signs of installation or tampering.
- Any item purchased on clearance sale or special discount (unless defective).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Our support team will review your request and arrange:
- Pickup of the product, OR
- Ask you to ship the product back (costs will be informed as per case).
4. Inspection & Approval
- After receiving the returned item, our technical team will inspect it within 2β3 working days.
- If your return is approved, we will offer:
β Replacement of the same product
β Exchange with another product (price difference applies)
β Store credit / coupon code
β Refund (only when replacement is not available)
5. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5β7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during purchase.
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer / UPI.
6. Cancellation Before Delivery
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return request.

- We do not accept returns for minor variations in color, design, or outer packaging.
- Ensure proper packaging when sending the product back to avoid transit damage.
- Products damaged during return transit due to poor packaging will not be accepted.
